tumor: A growth of cancerous cells.

 

urine: The waste products filtered from the blood and combined with excess water by the kidneys. Urine exits the body through the urethra.

uterus: Also called the womb, the uterus is located above the vagina and is separated from the vagina by the cervix. The uterus is designed to nourish a developing fetus.

 

vagina: The canal that forms the passageway from the uterus to the outside of the body. Also known as the birth canal.

 

vaginal discharge: Any secretion, apart from menstrual blood, that comes from the vagina. The discharge can be normal or abnormal, indicating infection.

 

womb: The hollow, pear-shaped organ in a female's lower abdomen in which a fertilized egg is embedded and where the developing embryo and fetus are nourished during pregnancy. Also known as the uterus.
